Courtney Cayer is a women’s health specialist and licensed dietitian with advanced training in functional nutrition, somatic experiencing, and EFT tapping. She takes a truly holistic approach, supporting women’s health and the nervous system at every stage of life.
With over 5 years of experience, Courtney has worked with hundreds of women navigating hormonal imbalances such as PCOS, endometriosis, PMS, PMDD, perimenopause, thyroid conditions, irregular cycles, and digestive concerns.
